Our methodologies and trade secrets were learned from many 30+ year championed Northern California farmers. We further developed and refined these learnings operating at commercial scale the last 15 years in California, Arizona, Colorado and Michigan.
We design a consulting program unique to each operation, set goals/benchmarks with your team and get to work to exceed them in one full season working in collaboration.
ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

INITIAL WEBCAM OR PHONE CALL
We begin with a 30-60 minute discussion in effort to learn about operations, current methodologies, personnel, performance issues and goals to develop a scope of work to propose.

SCOPE OF WORK AND TERM SHEET PROPOSAL
We send your team a detailed site specific scope of work with terms based on main points discussed on initial call and can amend as necessary.

FINAL CONTRACT
Once your team satisfied with terms and gameplan, we are able to present a formal contract to solidify the relationship. We are happy to work with your legal team in finalizing the contract.
